Once your case is in escrow, Treelane’s transaction coordinaton team will handle the hassle of paperwork and inspections until completion, with our trusted network of vendors.
From Start to Finish
Contact & work with all third-party vendors that are involved in the transaction.
Assist the lender with the entire loan process if there is a loan in the transaction.
Prepare and review all disclosures, contracts for timely signatures by all parties.
Set up and supervise appointments for physical inspection, appraisal, and final walkthrough.
Handle all of the negotiation parts during the transaction, such as requests for repairs, appraisal value and etc.
Straight to Commission Check
We will communicate updates to clients, agents, escrows, lenders, inspectors, and all other parties involved during each stage of your transaction from open to close. Our transaction coordination job is to relieve you of the headaches during closing and get you to the finish line until you receive your commission check in your hand.
